Tochi founded Careerlinkk to build digital products that actually ship — and that hold up in production. After years of delivering full-stack web applications, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered systems for startups and enterprises, he registered Careerlinkk Digital Ventures Limited in Nigeria (RC 9652318) to scale that work as a formal digital ventures company based in Lagos.

VocaRise grew from a clear gap in the market: hiring tools that felt either too noisy, too foreign, or too slow for teams and talent building in Africa. Tochi and the Careerlinkk team designed VocaRise as a job platform with the polish of a global product and the practicality of local hiring — one profile, one-click apply, and a real pipeline for both sides.

Today, Careerlinkk continues to build and maintain products across software, SaaS, AI, and digital transformation — with VocaRise as a flagship example of that craft. The standard is simple: registered company accountability, clean engineering, and outcomes clients can measure.
